An initial assessment includes a review of medical history and an evaluation of growth, current feeding/eating habits, and nutrition intake. We will develop custom goals and a detailed plan to address nutrition concerns.

A follow-up visit includes a review and reassessment of the goals and plan established at the initial visit.

Medical Nutrition Therapy is the healthcare service provided by licensed Registered Dietitians. The goal is to prevent, delay or manage nutrition-related medical concerns or conditions.

We accept the following insurance plans with a referral from a physician, nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant:

 Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Multiplan, Georgia Medicaid, PeachCare for Kids: Amerigroup and CareSource, Tricare Certified Provider

We offer telehealth visits for patients living in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. In-person visits available in Smyrna, Georgia.
